Terms of Service
Who provides Memora
Memora is provided by Cesar Canaza, an individual operating Memora in the United States, at 227 Cherry St, New York, NY 10002. Contact: cesar@memoraus.org or +1 641-233-9067. These terms describe use of the app and available services. Effective date: September 7, 2026.
Using the app
Use Memora only for lawful purposes and content you have permission to use. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person, bypass security controls, interfere with the service or access another family’s information without authorization. You must be legally able to agree to these terms, or use the service with the permission and supervision required from your parent or legal guardian.
Your photos and designs
You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize the processing necessary to provide the features you explicitly choose, such as displaying your photo in a frame preview. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted photos, text and other content.
Frame previews and AI
Digital previews illustrate a design and do not guarantee a physical manufacturing result. Screen colors, materials and dimensions may differ from a manufactured item. When AI assistance is available, review its output before applying it; generated suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable.
Availability and purchases
Features can vary by platform, release and availability. These terms do not promise that printing, ordering or subscriptions are available. If a paid service is offered, its price, applicable conditions and any required purchase terms must be presented before you agree to pay.
Privacy and account deletion
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. The Account and Data Deletion page explains how to request deletion. Cesar Canaza personally handles requests at cesar@memoraus.org and completes account and associated personal-data deletion within 30 days, subject to verifying the account holder and any disclosed legal retention requirement.
Service changes and misuse
Memora may need to change or interrupt features for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Access may be restricted for misuse or where required by law. Contact cesar@memoraus.org if you believe an access restriction is a mistake or need help with account closure.
Consumer rights and disputes
These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded. Please first contact cesar@memoraus.org about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. You retain any mandatory consumer protections and remedies available under applicable law.
