Account and Data Deletion
Request deletion of your Memora account
Send a request to cesar@memoraus.org with the subject “Memora account deletion”. Include the email used for your Memora account and whether you want the whole account or specific data deleted. Do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents or private photos in the initial request.
Confirming the request
The operator must verify that the request comes from the account holder before removing private account information. Cesar Canaza handles requests personally and may ask you to confirm control of the email associated with your account. If you no longer have access to that email, contact support to discuss verification; do not send sensitive documents unless specifically needed and a suitable method is arranged. A received request is not confirmation that deletion has finished.
What deletion covers
An account-deletion request covers your Memora sign-in account, profile, family memberships and personal content associated with the account, including any photos and saved frame designs held by Memora. This is a support-assisted process, not an instant automatic deletion button. Other people’s accounts and independently owned content are not deleted by your request. Tell us about any shared content containing your personal information so it can be included in the review.
Timing and retained records
Cesar Canaza will complete your account and associated personal-data deletion within 30 days. Please respond to any ownership-verification request so we can safely proceed. If a specific record must be retained by law, we will tell you what is retained, why and for how long. Infrastructure-provider technical records follow those providers’ service retention settings. The operator will communicate completion or any applicable exception.
Disconnecting Facebook
You can remove Memora’s access through Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings. This disconnects Facebook authorization; it is separate from requesting deletion of information already held by Memora. Uninstalling the app also does not delete your Memora account.
